Hello there everyone! I am going to have a word with everyone about how to earn Paypal money legally.
Let me point out some ways that will absolutely not make/earn Paypal money (or anything else as a matter of fact)-
1. Fund Adders- You are basically asking a hacker to steal money and then to give it to you. It is stealing if it is already stolen.
2. Requesting Money from Strangers- You will not get far, and you also can be permanently banned from websites if you do this.
Instead you should try Gifthulk. Here are my reasons why:
1. Sign Up Easily- You can sign up with a Google account, a Facebook account, or a Twitter account
2. Possible to Earn without a Filter Block- I have to do with this at school, and I could still earn within gifthulk.com!
3. Ability to Earn Almost any Amount at All- Believe it or not, within my first 2 or 3 days (of active use) I was able to redeem 2 $5 Paypal money. Trust me, I was more than happy with the fact that I could earn with no limits (until you run out of offers).
4. Variety of Prizes- Even though I said Paypal in the title, you can earn many more things. PSN Gift Codes, Xbox Live Gold Membership, Steam Giftcards, Fandango Giftcards, Hulu Plus Gift Cards, Target Gift Cards, Walmart Gift Cards, Amazon Gift Cards, Bitcoins, almost all of these are available in increments of $5!

How you can earn is easy. The most used method is to fill out a survey, which Gifthulk tells you the approximate amount of time it takes to complete (extremely convenient) (The only catches are that you have to take your time and not just rush through them and sometimes you might not be allowed to take a survey because of too many similar people already completing it). You can even watch videos on GiftHulk TV (or the offer walls) to earn money. There is also the Guess the Card game where you have the choice to guess the card completely, the suit, or the rank (obviously, the less likely the odds are, the more you win). You can also head to the offer walls where you can just try/download a service, submit your email address, or even click through a website. Another section is the EZcoins, which are tasks that Gifthulk has said are easy or have earned their approval and are extremely similar to the offer walls. You also can download free apps, use the GiftHulk search engine (and get paid consistently), earn rebates on online purchases, refer other people to GiftHulk, and complete simple tasks. That is a bundle!

Bing Rewards (Microsoft is bribing you to use Bing, but it is way safer and way easier- you can even use a search-bot to fulfill your credits, also much faster, and I have earned $88 over two years, whereas it takes me a bare minimum of two days to earn $50 anywhere else!)
